MIND have put together this guide to provide guidance and good practice to support people experiencing mental health problems to take part in physical activity in a way that suits them. We’ll discuss the benefits physical activity can have on mental health, and also how to support people if it becomes a problem.
This guide has been developed with experts by experience – people who have lived experience of what we’re talking about.
Who is this guide for?
Anyone working or volunteering in sport, physical activity or mental health.
